From Small Kitchen Dreams to Community Impact
Three years ago, we were just a couple of food enthusiasts experimenting in a tiny apartment kitchen in Gatineau. We noticed friends constantly struggling with meal prep—either spending hours on weekends cooking or giving up and ordering takeout every night.
What started as cooking for a few neighbors has grown into something much bigger. We've prepared meals for busy parents, supported athletes through training seasons, and helped seniors maintain independence by delivering nutritious, easy-to-reheat meals.
The best part? Seeing someone's face light up when they taste a perfectly spiced butternut squash soup or discover they actually love Brussels sprouts when they're roasted properly with garlic and herbs.
